The Optimization of Bus Departure Time Based on Uncertainty Theory—Taking No. 207 Bus Line of Nanchang City, China, as an Example

In order to optimize the bus departure time considering uncertain factors, this paper constructed an bi-level programming model for frequency and scheduling of a line. The uncertainty passenger arrival operation were taken into account, combined with actual conditions. Nanchang 207 line was as example in morning peak hour. optimal hour is 12 times. overall index value route’s non-uniform during hours increased by 0.06 9.23% compared uniform scheduling. analysis results show that effect obvious. issue has positive on improving efficiency public transportation, reducing operating costs promoting sustainable development transportation system. This provides theoretical support operators route operations.
